And in 2014 our company established Tianjin Gufeng Anticorrosion Technology Inspection Co., Ltd, which is specializing in making all kinds of authoritative inspection and test report for other company in anti-corrosion and insulation lining and coating aspect. Our company has advanced three production lines of internal FBE lining, external three layers PE coating (can do the anti-corrosion treatment on the steel pipes, diameter range from 32mm-3020mm, and length from 5m to 18m), six internal and external shot blasting machines, internal and external FBE spraying production line, six coated plastic pipe production line; Epoxy ceramic coating, mine-used dual antiseptic pipe, polyurea resistant anti-corrosive pipe, fire fighting pipes, table-water, communication pipeline, PE feed water pipeline and fittings, HDPE silicon core pipe, PTFE liner pipe, water supply, farmland mating pipe products, cement mortar lining steel pipe, steel-made bend, tee, flange, internal and external FBE and PE coating and lining fitting, our company's production capacity is fifty million square meters per year.

Our company has 6 vacuum sizing HDPE external protecting tube production lines, can produce from Φ75-Φ1860 HDPE jacket casing pipe, 2 large diameter Φ1860 jacket production lines, through vacuum sizing device of production casing outside diameter size tolerance of small, high precision, annual production capacity is 300 km. Extrusion unit is equipped with corona equipment, which can corona treatment for polyethylene jackets pipe, make the steel pipe, polyurethane thermal insulation layer, and polyethylene casing pipe close integration, improve the quality of the pipeline and service life. Our company bring in two plate welding production lines, can produce all kinds of specifications directly buried insulating steel fitting, thermal insulation quality of fitting reach to domestic and national standard.
