The diameter tolerance is small, the precision is high, and the annual production capacity is 300km. The extrusion unit is equipped with corona equipment, which can corona treatment on the polyethylene outer protective pipe, so that the steel pipe, the polyurethane insulation layer and the polyethylene outer protective pipe are closely combined, which improves the quality and service life of the pipe. In 2010, 2 flat welding production lines were introduced, which can produce various specifications and models of directly buried thermal insulation pipe fittings, and the thermal insulation quality reaches GB/T29047-2012 and CJ/T155-2001 standards.
